I am Taras Semenov, an opera singer and cultural practitioner based in Leipzig. Photography is one of my favourite ways of engaging with the world — another form of observing, listening and encountering people.
ccd.foto is my ongoing diary of people, light, silence and passing moments. I use enduring cameras in the present, not to recreate the past.

Alongside my work in music and theatre, I accept a limited number of portrait sessions. Sessions are available in Leipzig and, by arrangement, elsewhere.
